BEATRICE UWIZEYIMANA

My name is Beatrice Uwizeyimana. I was born in 1972 and I live in Kibeho. I have five children. Before the project started I was living in very poor conditions. I used to collect bins from neighbours and make some pots which do not pay much. Today, my five children are all attending school. The first born is in secondary school while four others are all in primary school. I am able to buy books and other school items because of the embroidery project. I am grateful to Netty Butera, Janetje Van Der Merwe and all her partners in the project. They have hugely made a difference in my lives.
